It's about a 19-minute walk (1.4 km) from the South Exit of JR Mitaka Station to the museum.
You will primarily walk along a path known as "Kaze no Sanpomichi" (Wind Path).
From Mitaka Station South Exit: Walk straight down "Kaze no Sanpomichi".
Landmark along the way: You will see a sign for the "Mitaka Municipal Animation Museum".
Destination: Continue along this path, and you will arrive at the Ghibli Museum.
